SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

DELIVERY:

- Delivery time frame is 1-3 business Day;
- We give authority to leave parcels. If this will cause any inconvenience, we suggest sending the item to a business address.
- PLEASE NOTE: Once an order has been placed Hypnotize is unable to change the delivery address. Once the package has been dispatched it is up to the customer to re direct this with Australia Post.

We offer two options on checkout:

$13.00 Express Shipping (AUS Post)

Please allow up to 48 hours of payment confirmation for an order to dispatch. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched.
